Refund policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the goods in a saleable condition, i.e. unused and with manufacturers packaging intact and unopened, within 14 days from date of receipt for an
exchange/refund, excluding our postage/carriage charges.

Please contact our Sales Office via our email: info@windowkanopy.com. Exceptions to this are any items that have been cut to your required length and processed as a special order.

Please obtain a Posting Certificate from the Post Office or Carrier when returning goods, as Window Canopy Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred and you may have damages deducted from any returns.

Special order non stock items, are non returnable as we strongly suggest you check any measurements sent to us due diligently, unless in unopened packaging, in which case this is a Directors decision.
